Best practice for prenatal massage is for it to be performed in the side lying position with a medium massage pressure. We encourage you to schedule your prenatal massage near to or on the same day of your prenatal check up to ensure you and your baby are healthy before treatment. AJ is aware of contraindications specific to prenatal massage and the physiological and emotional changes to the mother during pregnancy.
