Cupping Therapy is defined as ‘vacuum applied to the skin for a therapeutic effect’. The Western clinical perspective: provides deep tissue work without generating discomfort, stretches and releases muscles and tissues, and generates a flow of lymphatic fluid promoting a strengthened immune system. The Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective: open and switch on a flow in energy (qi) and blood (xue), draw pathogenic factors (Wind, Cold or Heat) to the surface to treat common ailments. *A Health Fund Rebate will not apply to this treatment.

Time to connect with your little one. Prenatal/Pregnancy massage is all about relaxing the mother and baby in preparation for labour. From 10 weeks, Pregnancy massage is deemed best practice when performed in the side lying position. Please schedule your prenatal massage near to or on the same day of your prenatal check up to ensure you and your baby are healthy before treatment. We consider contraindications specific to you and the physiological and emotional changes to the mother. *A Health Fund Rebate can apply to this treatment, deeming we are treating an area of concern i.e. increased shoulder ROM, assist with alleviating lumbar lordosis pain presentation etc. Mum's, you don't always have to book this service if you are pregnant, any of our relaxation or remedial massage services can also be booked if you're short on time (even though our signature 75 minute pregnancy massage comes highly recommended).
