With over 12 years experience in the massage industry, I bring a calm, holistic approach to treatments that support deep relaxation while addressing musculoskeletal concerns. My work focuses on settling the nervous system, easing tension, and improving movement and mobility.

​

I offer Relaxation/Swedish Massage, Remedial Massage, and Traditional and Modern Cupping Therapy. I hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage (Evolve College, Canberra), allowing clients to claim private health rebates, and advanced certification in cupping therapy through Health Traditions.

​

Broulee Massage launched in 2019 and has since evolved into Broulee Health Hub, located in the Train Street Central precinct. Now operating six days a week, the hub is home to a collaborative team of practitioners across Massage, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetic skin therapy, and Naturopathy.

​

I also offer a Clearlight full spectrum infrared sauna, designed to enhance circulation, ease muscle tension, and support deeper therapeutic outcomes when used alongside massage.

​

My additional qualifications in Pregnancy, Oncology and Postpartum Massage allow me to provide safe, tailored care during significant and sensitive life stages. I have a particular interest in supporting prenatal clients and those navigating cancer or post-cancer care.
